| Tickets & Reservations: | Clipper & Ferry Tickets New for 2012: Clipper cards and limited-use Ferry Tickets are the only acceptable forms of fare payment on the Giants Ferry. Clipper cards and Ferry Tickets are available from ticket machines at Golden Gate Larkspur and San Francisco Ferry Terminals. Clipper cards are also available at www.clippercard.com and at retail outlets located in the Golden Gate service area (search by ZIP code at www.clippercard.com). Opening on Monday, April 2, our new Customer Service Center at the San Rafael Transit Center (Platform D) will be open for Clipper transactions! If using Ferry Tickets, round trip purchase is strongly recommended as there are NO ticket machines at AT&T Park. Ferry Tickets are non-refundable and are good for 90 days from date of purchase. There is NO discount on AT&T Park service - Youth, Senior, and Disabled Tickets are not accepted. Reservations (http://store.goldengate.org) New for 2012: Reserve your space on the Giants Ferry! We strongly recommend round trip reservations to ride the Giants Ferry. Reservations are $1 each way per person (including Children 5 and under) and are available at our online store (http://store.goldengate.org) and at our new Customer Service Center at the San Rafael Transit Center (Platform D)! A reservation confirmation will be required for priority boarding. Remaining customers will be boarded on a first come, first serve basis. |

| Larkspur Parking: | If the Ferry Terminal parking lot is full, ferry customers may park at the Marin Airporter lot ($4 per day) or at the Park & Ride lot on Sir Francis Drake Blvd at Drake's Landing Rd. Please note: There is limited parking at both these locations. If the Ferry Terminal lot is full on the weekdays when the Giants are playing a day game, customers should pick up a parking voucher from the Ferry Terminal attendant (or print this PDF) and follow signs to the overflow lot at the Marin Airporter (click here for a map). To receive FREE parking at this lot on these weekday day game days, customers must park in the Marin Airporter UPPER LOT and present the parking voucher to the lot attendant before exiting the parking facility. Heads up! Due to an increase in vehicle and pedestrian traffic on days of Giants games, drivers are advised to use EXTREME CAUTION when driving in the Ferry Terminal parking lot. Pedestrians are reminded to use crosswalks and to not run in the parking lot or in front of moving vehicles. Drivers are reminded to watch for pedestrians and not drive aggressively, to observe the 5 mph speed limit, and to observe the pedestrian right-of-way. |

| Travel Time: | 60 minutes between Larkspur Ferry Terminal and AT&T Park. The ferry docks right outside the center field entrance, within steps of the ballpark. |

| Security Advisory: | Passengers may NOT bring the following items on board: weapons or security-sensitive objects, open containers (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), alcoholic beverages, hard-sided coolers, and briefcases/diaper bags/purses/ backpacks/bags larger than 16"x16"x8". Passengers may NOT leave items unattended on the ferry. In an effort to more effectively manage the safe passage of passengers and crew, Golden Gate Ferry will suspend the sale of alcoholic beverages 20 minutes prior to arrival in Larkspur. |
